Ceramic Tiles and Murals
 This Mermaid mural was a collaboration piece between myself and Fireclay Tile. This mural and others shown in the "Ceramic Murals" section were sculpted by me when I worked at Fireclay. These murals and tiles were commissioned by a San Francisco Library as part of a fundraising effort to remodel its plaground area. All of the tiles for this project were sponsored by various families and organizations. Paul Burns, owner and founder of Fireclay Tile, worked tirelessly to provide the tiles to be decorated, some by the library's neighborhood children, get them fired, glazed and delivered in time for installation and the grand re-opening celebration. All of these special tiles can be viewed in the "Fireclay Tile" section labeled as "San Francisco Library 2009".
